Heroes should take this tier list to be as good as it gets. Neither worst nor good. I am now confident that this tier list is very close to objective truth and that anyone whos getting into fire emblem. Unit placement within tiers is of equal value. They are among the strongest in the game and bring overwhelming strength to their respective roles whether it be offense defense or support. It is far safer to use sunlight stones on a tier 1 or 15 dragon than it is on a tier 3 dragon but individual preferences and needs are still important.
A higher tier dragon is going to be useful on more adventurers and will be able to help you clear harder content. As with all tier lists ratings can be subjective and should only serve as a general guideline. Many hours went into this tier list and im only posting this after having carefully and agonizingly compared every unit with every matchup in the game. If you are a noobie then definitely dont use these characters. Alfonse is the definitive protagonist of feh and while still being rather linear easily tops everybody on this list.
